DELIVERY CHARGES

Shipping costs are at our customer's expense and will be specify to the customer when confirming his order.
Delivery is insure by DPD Pickup Points, DPD Courier and Internationa shipments.

Shipments will be delivered at the address indicated by the customer, worldwide.
Preparation delays announced above can be longer during the SALE Days.

TRACK MY PARCEL

Any order placed from Monday to Friday will be shipped within 3 – 14 working days after payment validation.
You will have the possibly to track your order in your account page « Order » at any time.
When your order will leave our warehouse, you'll receive an email confirming the expedition with your tracking number and the tracking link to follow up your order.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

For all deliveries outside Europe, additional customs fees and taxes may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs taxes are the customer responsibility. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to inquire about their amount from their local customs office. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are free of charge. To return the goods, please go to the DPD return form page.

You'll have to indicate on your invoice if you wish for a refund or an exchange.
You can download the return slip.
In case of an exchange request, we ask you to specify which size you're interested in.
Exchanges are made only for the same item in a different size.

RETURN DEADLINE

Upon reception of your order, you have a period of 14 days to return your order for a refund.
Please kindly note that the returned items must not have been worn, washed or used.
Pieces whose label has been detached and are in poor condition cannot be returned.
Nictara Kaubanduse LTD  has the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

RETURN DEADLINE

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is made.
Please allow 10 working days for our warehouse to process your return.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

We ask you to contact our Customer Service at any time by mail.
Do not forget to attach to your email pictures of the faulty item. This will help us find the best possible solution.
If the faulty item is confirmed by our team, a prepaid return label will be sent to you.
We will proceed with an exchange of the item, or a refund (if the ordered product is no longer available) upon receipt of your return.

PREPARATION MISTAKE – I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

If you didn't receive the ordered item, or if an item is missing in your parcel, please contact directly our customer service.
