Order Processing and Delivery
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 14 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, our store is located in Tallinn, Estonia, at Kalaranna 8/4, 10416.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a HOMEFASHION purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return new (unused) products for a full refund to your original method of payment within 14 days of purchase, in most cases. We also offer free returns to make the process easy and convenient.
Please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for purchases made on Homefashion.ee, purchases of HOMEFASHION items on third-party marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Instagram, Googleand, Facebook), purchases made in HOMEFASHION. Products must be returned in new condition. HOMEFASHION monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at HOMEFASHION in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at HOMEFASHION's discretion.

Know exactly what you’re looking for? Or maybe you’re just browsing for a silky duvet cover or a cozy bedding set? Use our comprehensive Search box in the upper right corner of our site to find the exact HOMEFASHION product you need. You can enter a product name or even a partial description. Be as broad as “bed linen” or as specific as “plum-colored satin duvet cover” to quickly find items that match your preferences. You can also explore our menu to browse all product categories and discover everything HOMEFASHION has to offer.

How to choose the right Altrenotti mattress?
We have Altrenotti mattresses available as samples, along with fabric swatches and catalogs. We are happy to help you choose the perfect mattress to suit your needs. When selecting a mattress, it’s important to consider your personal preference for firmness: soft, medium, or firm. This will help ensure a comfortable and supportive sleep experience.

Delivery terms and shipping costs can be found at checkout when ordering your mattress. 

All ordered mattresses are delivered directly to your home.
Mattresses cannot be returned, as each mattress is made and selected according to your personal preferences.
Product Information
Once you’ve found the perfect HOMEFASHION product, you can read its benefits and usage tips on the product detail page. This information is located just below the product description. All available colors, fabrics and sizes are listed beneath the detail text to help you choose the right option.
Product Availability 
HOMEFASHION offers a wide range of products and most items are usually in stock. Delivery times can typically be up to 10 days, except for Altrenotti mattresses and HEFEL duvets & pillows.

Account registration, sign in & password

Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the Sign In screen. Enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Changing Your Login Email Address or Password
You can change your account email address and password on the Account Information page. All your email subscriptions and order confirmations will be sent to your new email address.

Order status & history

Tracking an Order
For HOMEFASHION orders, your tracking number can be found in the confirmation email sent after your order has been fulfilled. Alternatively, you can visit the carrier’s website and enter the tracking number to view detailed shipment information.
Order Processing - "Shipped"
After placing and paying for your order, it will be packed and prepared for shipment. Delivery usually takes 2–10 business days, depending on the selected products and any additional services used.

HEFEL Quilts & Pillows  1 - 4 weeks
ALTRENOTTI Mattresses 4 weeks 
Order Delivery - "Partially Shipped"
If some items in your order require longer delivery times, your order may be split into multiple shipments. Once one of these shipments has left our store, the order status will be updated accordingly.
Order Returned - "Refunded"
It takes up to 2 weeks to process a return and credit your credit card account. Once your order has been returned and processed, the order status will show "Refunded." We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Canceling or Modifying an Order

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified.
